My Fitbit app is stuck on the add custom food

I can not search for foods on my inspire Fitbit.  It continues to bring me to the add custom food.  I can not put in a new selection.  I have uninstalled the app, turned Bluetooth off, turned my phone off, turned it back on, turned Bluetooth back on, added custom foods, chose some foods that were current and some that were recent.  It still defaults to add custom food

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Twinzy2. Thank you for trying those troubleshooting steps.

 

To better help you I would like to know the model and OS version of your phone.

 

In the meantime and in case you haven't done so, please try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and let me know how everything goes.
