My Fitbit isn't tracking my sleep accurately

How do I get accurate wake up time on my Fitbit? Going to sleep time is accurate but it says I woke up at 6.50, when I didn’t wake up until 9.20 so my sleep tracking is all wrong. Other advice says change time zone on Advanced Settings but I don’t have an advanced settings button anywhere. Frustrating! Can someone help please?

Hi @Ragaxxa74 and welcome to the forum! I’m not convinced that changing time zones will help, but it is worth trying.

To change the time zone from the Fitbit app on your iPhone, tap Account, then scroll down to App Settings. You can select your time zone there or leave it on Set Automatically. (That’s what I do.) Tap the Back button to get back to the clock face. This is what sets your choice.

If this does not resolve the problem, you can read about sleep here in Fitbit Help. Please let us know the outcome.

Thanks, found the time zone options but as suspected, it didn’t fix the
issue. This morning my Fitbit told me I woke up at 2.03 to start my day. I
did not... I woke up at 8.30. How can I fix this so I can track my sleep
accurately? It’s one of the main reasons I got it so if it doesn’t work I
won’t use it.
