It’s beenndays that I see that my fit bit is not working properly. It’s not synchronizing my steps and my sleep , sometimes even my activity. 

 

I checked my settings and everything seems to be right, also checked my phones updated.  What else should I check ?

Let me help you syncing your Fitbit with your phone. You don't mention which Fitbit device you have nor the iPhone model and OS version it is running. Still you can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi. Sorry that I missed to put mor info , my phone is IPhone 6s and my fitbit is a flex 2
