Why won’t my Fitbit connect thru power sync anymore to apple health anymore. Have not had this issue before.

In the Health app on my iPhone, I disabled the “Sync All” for Power Sync app and selected only the data I wanted to sync.
>From the Heath App, click on your photo or avatar in the upper right corner —> Apps —> Power Sync.
Uncheck “Turn on all” and then individually select just the data that you want (I suspect it was trying to sync data that Fitbit doesn’t actually track like BMI and Body Fat percentage.
Once I did that, it started syncing again.

What are you syncing? It would help to know. I’ve tried multiple combos with no luck. Thanks.

Unfortunately did not work for me. Keep getting "authorization failed". Not a big deal. Manual input only takes a few seconds. Thanks.

Mine was working for a bit and then yesterday it says “authorization failed”.
Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Same here “Authorization Failed” is the constant message - I think it is between the app and the Fitbit app, not Apple Health. Do you think Google has created the issue?

I’m having the same problem - I own the Fitbit bluetooth scales which are basically ‘dumb’ as I’m an Apple Watch & iPhone user.
I’ve been pushing my weight logs from the Fitbit app to Health using Power Sync app for years , using the free manual option - and 2 days ago there was suddenly an ‘authorisation failed’ message.
I tried logging out and back in, and deleting the app and redownloading and it hasn’t helped.
it now looks like it attempts to open Fitbit in a browser tab, & returns to the app with the failure message.
no response from the technical support - if I was confident that the premium version worked I’d happily pay for £9.99 lifetime charge.
any advice? Any other similar apps charge up to £40 which is too much for me , I may as well buy newer scales!

I’ve been using the “paid” version for years. First round of issues started back on August 12, then a workaround was discovered. This new issue is affecting the paid version as well. Save your money until a fix has been provided.

It’s not working at all now either connect through Strava or Sync fit.
don’t connect through both as reports 2 times as much data
