My Fitbit won't sync with my app

After I got a new Fitbit I tryed to sync it with the app but it doesn't work and it says error every single time that I try it.

Welcome to the Forums @Hannabannanna. If your tracker is not syncing with your iOS Fitbit app, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should sync properly.
