My Fitbit won't sync with my phone.

I have had my Fitbit since April and haven't had any issues out of it till July 12th when I noticed it quit syncing with my phone & app. I've tried to add as a new device but it won't make it through all the steps. It shows that it found my device but it stays frozen on that screen. Help!

I have had this exact same issue. I contacted Fitbit and they have been no help. They don't want to admit something is wrong. I also tried to set up a zip I previously had so I could at least use something and it does the same thing. Something is wrong with the app and the website. I tried connecting it to both, PC and app and all have the same result, which is nothing. And have gotten NO help from Fitbit.

This makes me sad. I've really enjoyed seeing my progress & competing with family and friends, but I can't do that anymore. My Fitbit isn't old and I've taken good care of it. I hate that I can't utilize it fully and yet seem to not be able to get any resolve.

Mine stopped syncing on the 15th. I thought it was my phone but my scale synchs fine and it won't set up on my iPad either.
