It was working fine. Suddenly sync stopped 1 week back.
I have switched off my phone. Restarted.
I made my phone to forget charge 2.
Now when I am trying to connect via Bluetooth it is not recognizing charge2.
I have already restarted charge2 5 times.
Help me!!

@Itender Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that you can't sync your Charge 2 with your iPhone. The sync is done via the Fitbit app so it isn't necessary that you search for your Charge 2 via the bluetooth settings. Also thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please retry some of the steps in the following order:
Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. Now try syncing your tracker via the Fitbit app and make sure no other bluetooth devices are nearby as they may interfere with the syncing process.
