My fitbit-update does not look like yours!

I'm genuinely confused as to why my app looks so different to everyone else's, and I can't seem to figure out how to fix this. 

I don't know how to insert pictures on here, but from my understanding everyone else's fitbit today-page looks like this: 

Floors, Km, Cals, Minutes, all lined right under the amount of steps(or whatever you set as focus) you have that day.

Well, mine is like this:

Steps, Km, Minutes, lined right under steps(my focus) that day.

I tried adding all the stats from health and fitness in discover, and they still won't appear at the top bar. I would really like to get all the same stats to show up like everyone else, but can not for the love of me figure out why this happened in the first place?

Anyone else?
