New App won't let me log any information

ever since the new roll out I have had an issue with trying to log any information. I click the + sign to log and it takes me out of the app to the third party app I have it linked with. It doesn't matter what information I tried to look at or log. If I click anywhere on the app it takes me out to the third party app (healthcare app for logging steps).  I can't even join challenges or see results of challenges just takes me out to the other app. Any help would be greatly appreciated since it is basically useless at this point.
