Hello @Lolo52, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Please keep in mind that your tracker is showing an incorrect date and time because it hasn't synced in a long time. Have you tried to restart your tracker and your phone? If so, I would like to suggest the following:

  • Restart the Bluetooth on your phone by going to Settings > Bluetooth.
  • Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.

If your tracker is still not syncing, my best recommendation would be setting up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and your phone.

To set up your tracker as a  new device:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

I'm having a similar issue but after traveling time zones.  I've been in my home time zone for two days and my Charge 5 hasn't synced time.  I've followed the steps above and the time hasn't changed yet.

Any further tips?

Update:. This has been solved.

On Android.  Go to app. Then app settings.  Click on 'Automatic timezones'. To get timezones from network.

Then go to device in app and click on 'sync now'.

Time changed immediately to current time.

Thank you.
