My iPhone 6 won't even find my brand new charge

I'm trying to set up my new charge on my iPhone 6 and it just keeps searching for it. Doesn't even show up on blue tooth. Very frustrated! Please help!! iOS 9.2 is most recent update on my phone.

Great to see you around @Rwoz75. If you are having setup inconvenience, I recommend Restarting your Charge. After the restart process, you can follow the Setup Procedure from a phone or computer.
