My new Fitbit cannot sync

I have been trying to setup my versa lite for 2 days. I just bought it and cannot get the phone to detect it to install.

i have already tired the standard reboot so of both devices, turn Bluetooth off and on t no avail.

Hi @Lichrist  I searched the forums and found the perfect response for you. It is from a May 2024 post from @LZeeW and the following is a direct quote of that post.


The Versa Lite was released in 2019 and discontinued after Fitbit sold all remaining devices. The last update for a Versa Lite was released in 2022. Can you give a few more details about your Versa Lite? When did you buy it? Are you setting it up as a new device and trying to update it? If this is the case, then it's possible that you can't complete the update. This has happened to other users who are setting up discontinued models. It's possible that Fitbit removed the updates for older, discontinued models. You might need to contact Support for more help.

 


As for getting help from support, go to this page - click to go there - and filling out the required fields. As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support. It's the way you'll get things going.
