My tracked exercise won't sync to my iPhone 6

Hi, I've had my Fitbit for over 2 months now and I have figured out all of its capabilities, So I have now started tracking my runs, however recently I have noticed that when I've looked at my activity on my iPhone 6, a red banner flashes and says "try again to sync" it has done this a number of times now and no matter how many times I refresh or go on the Fitbit app, my activity still doesn't sync. I've been on at least four runs where it has continuously done this, and I have no idea why it isn't syncing properly, I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.

Have you tried restarting your phone?  Or restarting your fitbit?  

I haven't had this issue, but when I do have syncing problems, it's usually my phone at fault and just powering if off and on fixes the issue.

In the meantime, please do not uninstall the Fitbit App. Uninstalling the App could cause potential data loss for any unsynced data.
