My versa lite won’t update

My versa lite won’t complete the update. I have updated the Fitbit app. And have reset everything.

I’m having the same issue as well. Been trying to do it for 3 days now and won’t finish the update

Hello and welcome @Kezburns 

Please remove your watch from the list of Bluetooth devices paired to your phone. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth > find the watch in the list > find an option to forget the device. Reconnect your watch to your Fitbit account. Then turn off your Device iOS/Android completely, wait 1-2 mins, restart your device again then try again to update your watch.

I’m wondering if your iOS device is not compatible with the Fitbit App. Please check here to insure that you are indeed compatible: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315

Afraid not.

Still experiencing the same issues. Think I’m gonna have to take it back and get a replacement.

Before returning your Fitbit Versa I would consider calling Fitbit Customer Service. I truly think it is worth the call. Once you get your Fitbit up and running you’re gonna love it. I hope you reconsider. Here are ways to contact them here: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs
