Am I missing on how to get my Bluetooth nautilus bike to sync with Fitbit?  If not, is there plans on adding Nautilus in the apps that will sync with Fitbit?

I don't think you are missing anything. In the following thread a fitbit moderator confirms that Nautilus doesn't currently sync with fitbit.

In that thread the moderator also suggested that a feature suggestion be created for this. This doesn't seem to be there so you may want to consider doing this.
