Which is the better way to install a new tracker? Delete the old one first and then install the new one, or install the new one while the old one is still current?

Thank you for your reply. I started the process yesterday, but, owing to an emergency had to leave it, so disconnected the tracker, which was in set up mode, and have just reconnected it to the charger, and it is dead! The lights on the back of the tracker are red, so don’t know what to do. Can you help me again, please?

It’s good to see you in the community, @180876 and @Odyssey13.
@Odyssey13 Thank you for your support!
@180876 Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and recommend restarting your tracker and your phone. After that please keep the tracker in the charging cable and try to follow the steps suggested by @Odyssey13 to connect the tracker to your Fitbit account: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
Hope this helps.
