I just bought a new Alta today. I cannot get it to pair with my iPhone 7 plus. I've reset the Alta, turned on and off the Bluetooth many times, rebooted my phone, etc. nothing seems to work. Any other suggestions?
I'm having the same problem!! I got a new iPhone 7 and can't get my Alta HR to pair/sync with it at all. Think it may be a problem with the phone instead of the Fitbit?!?
