Anyone figured out how to get this to setup properly. Already use a Charge HR on the app and it works great, wanted to add a new Charge 2, cannot get past the 4 digit step. Phoned in twice, support seems like it is located on the moon, chat person, I finally gave up on, I think her next step was to reinstall iOS on my phone. Thanks, I did try removing my HR as a device, but didn't help, of course it connected back just fine.!

A suggestion for you, @TimHay75. When setting up the new Charge 2, be sure the original Charge is well out of the room. Also make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices in the room with your Charge 2.
I also saw in a different thread that one person suggested turning OFF All Day Sync on at least one of the devices when you have multiple devices on your account.

Yes, fought with Fitbit, after multiple calls, chats, etc. Decided to send it back for replacement, they wanted me to even pay shipping, finally they sent me FedEx label, but must of went pony express, over two weeks before I received the replacement. Been with them for many years, their service is really horrible now
