New Charge 2 won't pair with iPhone

MyCharge 2 won't pair with my iPhone SE. I have tried several times, re-set fitbit and iPhone, turned Bluetooth on & off. It just hangs once I've put in the 4 digit code. Is the only solution to return it and get another?

Keep getting error message:

com.fitbit http error 0

I deleted my Fitbit app. And added new one and can't get my ChargeHD to connect. It gets to the place that ask me for the 4 digit code and I enter it but then I get above message.

Called customer support & after 20+ mins of troubleshooting they decided the tracker is defective & sending out a new one. 😢

I think I'm going to return it to Good Guys and get a replacement, easier that dealing direct with Fitbit.

I had the same problem.

Solution for me was: turn off wifi, pair with fitbit, turn wifi back on.
