New Charge 4 not receiving notifications

I am not receiving any notifications on my new Fitbit charge 4. No texts, phone calls, emails. I have followed all instructions and have rebooted both the app and device numerous times and nothing is working.

I’m having the same issue and have tried everything that I have found on various help forums and still can’t get it to work.

I have tried all the suggestions found in various forums. I am getting call notifications but still no texts. This seems to be an ongoing issue because it wasn’t working with my charge 2 for the last year. What am I missing?

I still haven’t heard anything about this issue. I’ve tried everything suggested. I now get notifications for phone calls, WhatsApp messages and even my Ring doorbell. But not texts. So frustrating.
