New Charge HR will not connect to iPhone

I got a new charge HR today - when I try to connect it to my iphone app it goes through the process of giving me the code to input just fine.  After that however, it says "please keep charge HR close to iphone for final set up" and gives me the "update now" option.. when I click the option nothing happens and eventually I get the "error bad request 400"  notification. I tried syncing it to my computer and it worked once but then still would not update to my phone. 

 

I disconnected and  re started everything and now my computer is giving me the "an error occured while trying to connect to your tracker" message 

 

I am so frustrated ! Please help!

Hi @lvail92,

I would recommend making sure that the iOS device that you are using is compatible with syncing Fitbit trackers and then using the setup Troubleshooting instructions listed here.

If for some reason you are still unable to set up your tracker using the Fitbit App, you can also use the replacement setup instructions listed here on a computer and your tracker will sync to the App afterwards.
