The strap on my Fitbit Charge HR recently broke and Fitbit was super helpful in sending me a replacement! However, now I'm having difficulty setting it up as a new device on the Fitbit Connect application on my Mac. It's registered the device, I've entered in the four digit code, but it won't move past the "Connecting to Fitbit" screen. It says this step should take a few minutes but it's been an almost an hour and nothing. This is also my third time attempting to connect it to the computer with no luck. Anyone have similar experiences with a replacement Fitbit device?

In this case I would like to suggest to restart your Charge HR. After restarting it, please keep it plugged in and charging and try to set it up once again. If it's still not connecting, restart your computer and try one more time.
