New Dashboard Concerns

Is there anyway to return back to the old dashboard? This new one is not useful to me at all. I loved seeing my steps on it. Now all I see is a summary for the week and a chart etc. Too much looking to find info quickly.

I uninstalled the app from my phone, re-added the app and my old dashboard is BACK!! I just logged back into my same account and all my activity and history popped right back in!  Whew, I really hated the new dashboard, I have a feeling it's what we are going to be stuck with soon enough, but I like the list better!

From the app- hit account, then advanced settings, then toggle off of "preview new dashboard"

I hate the new Fitbit dashboard and this update makes it mandatory. Time to see how long my Fitbit will work without an update 😂👍🏼

Adding my vote for making it possible to retain the old vertical dashboard display. I hate the tiles. They don't lend themselves to scanning.

Bring back the old dashboard. It was not broken why would you "fix" it???

Hello Fitbitters! Smiley Happy Sorry to hear you don't like the new iOS dashboard! Try going to "account", then scroll down to settings and then go to advanced settings. If you see the option "Preview New Dashboard", turn it off and you will have the old dashboard. The thing is that over the next few months the old design will no longer be available and the new design will become permanent.

I did some research on the Feature Requests Board and was able to find this suggestion which is asking for an option to keep the old dashboard. Feel free to add your vote to the suggestion!

Hope this helps. See you around! Smiley Happy

I've kind of gotten used to it now, so it's not a big deal!

Thanks for the reply!

I like the old dashboard better because I could see more of my categories/data without having to scroll through my screen. The new dashboard doesn't use space efficiently on my iPhone

Hated the new dashboard in the preview and hate it even more now that I'm being forced to use it. C'mon Fitbit, you know very well we can't stand this new downgrade. Can't believe a company knowingly ticked off its customers like this. Give us back the old dashboard that made sense and worked!! I will be looking for a new tracker in the meantime.

I see we no longer have the option to revert to the old dashboard.  I hate that if I use the left arrow to go to previous days, only the top section of data goes back a day, the bottom tiles stay on today.  It makes no sense whatsoever.  Who else thinks this is ridiculous?  Perhaps if enough of us comment, they might fix it...

I guess while I'm at it, is there any option to fix this feature that maybe I'm not seeing?  Thanks!!

Hi @pnorthon001

Merged your post previously posted in the Flex Section with @DKRoc 's (this) post in the iOS section as it gets more attention here.

@DerrickS mentioned in Another thread that it's not possible anymore to use the previous dashboard.

I can't stand the fact that this dashboard repeats the amount of sleep I got yesterday FOR ALL PREVIOUS DAYS. It worked properly on the previous dashboard. Is this a glitch or did someone at Fitbit think this was a good idea? Tracking means tracking, not mindlessly repeating. Get it together and fix this.
