New Fitbit Versa not working

I purchased a Fitbit Versa today.  The watch is 100% charged. I downloaded the app and went through setup and the app is working but I am not getting anything on the watch other than it showing that it is fully charged????

Let me help you with your unresponsive Versa. Please restart it by following these instructions. If the issue persist then remove it from your account (tap your account icon at the top left corner then the Versa's icon and finally the trashcan icon). After this set it up again.
