New Fitbit blaze

Just received my new Fitbit blaze in the mail. My iPhone try's to pair with it. The code appears on the Fitbit I entered it into my iPhone but the iPhone says error can't connect. 

Many help please?

@P_jame5, if you haven't tried yet, I would like to recommend checking if your iPhone is on the list of compatible devices for the Fitbit app. If it's compatible, I would like to suggest the following:

 

  1. Restart your tracker and leave it plugged in, making sure it's charging
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back on.
  4. Try to set up your tracker one more time. 

If you get an error again, please reply to me with a screenshot of the error, that would be very helpful for me to investigate this further.

I have completed all of these steps and my Blaze doesn't not connect to the App.  I have an IPhone 7 Plus and it has been updated.  The blaze connects to my phone but in the app I get as far as adding the 4 digit code and it try's to sync for hours!
