@P_jame5, if you haven't tried yet, I would like to recommend checking if your iPhone is on the list of compatible devices for the Fitbit app. If it's compatible, I would like to suggest the following:

Best AnswerI have completed all of these steps and my Blaze doesn't not connect to the App. I have an IPhone 7 Plus and it has been updated. The blaze connects to my phone but in the app I get as far as adding the 4 digit code and it try's to sync for hours!
