Once I receive my new Fitbit and sync it 2 my iPhone will I loose all my old data from my broken Fitbit
Do I have 2 start all over with my stats and friend request etc thank u in advance

No, you will keep all your data and settings. When you get your new fitbit use your phone to add it as a new device. It will ask you if you want to replace your current fitbit. Say yes and follow the prompts.
