Tonight I updated my Fitbit app and it added a guidane feature.  What is this? What does it cost?

This was in the latest update. I do not see a guidance feature. Is it called something else?

Ok I just found out its something new. It has to do with Fitstar

 

I'm sure they will make an announcement about it soon. So look for it

It integrates with your Fitstar aop, that is why when you click on one it aaks you to download Fitstar
