I'm using a Charge HR and Iphone 5S. My dashboard on the app doesn't show the sleep tracker and a few other tiles. When I click Edit to add more, they don't even show in the options.
I have tried updating the app by deleting and re-installing. I have tried restarting and resyncing the device with the app. No luck. When I look at some of the help pages it's like I don't even have the same device as they will refer to things like "the screen with the device image at the top" or "click the icon that looks like a pencil" which doesn't show on my app at all.
Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Hi @Settled,
I would recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup instructions mentioned here. This should get you back on track, but let me know if there's anything else I can do to help!

@Settled In that case, I'd then recommend the following:
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Use the replacement setup instructions to re-pair your tracker.
I know this sounds a little redundant, but from what you've described, re-pairing your tracker should resolve the issue.
Let me know how it goes!
