I'm using a Charge HR and Iphone 5S. My dashboard on the app doesn't show the sleep tracker and a few other tiles. When I click Edit to add more, they don't even show in the options.

I have tried updating the app by deleting and re-installing. I have tried restarting and resyncing the device with the app. No luck. When I look at some of the help pages it's like I don't even have the same device as they will refer to things like "the screen with the device image at the top" or "click the icon that looks like a pencil" which doesn't show on my app at all.

Any help would be much appreciated!!!

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit community @Settled

I recommend following the steps below in order to arrange your tiles:

  1. Open the Fitbit app dashboard.
  2. Tap Edit in the top right corner.
  3. To hide tiles, tap the x icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to hide.
  4. To show hidden tiles, tap the + icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to show.
  5. To rearrange tiles, hold and drag the tile to a new location.
  6. Tap Done.

Hope it helps!

I'm afraid it doesn't help. The other tiles are not visible at all. The only available tile is calories

Hi @Settled,

I would recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup instructions mentioned here. This should get you back on track, but let me know if there's anything else I can do to help!

@Inanna Just as a heads up, I've merged your post into this thread where people are experiencing something similar.

If you are still having trouble with your tiles missing, I would recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the instructions in my post above.

Let me know if this helps!

Doesn't work

Neither iOS nor android will connect with the Fitbit

@Settled In that case, I'd then recommend the following:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Use the replacement setup instructions to re-pair your tracker.

I know this sounds a little redundant, but from what you've described, re-pairing your tracker should resolve the issue.

Let me know how it goes!
