New charge hr not working with iPhone app

My new charge HR has arrived and when I try to set it up on iPhone app it's saying it can't find it. What am I doing wrong?

Hey there @Coco22! I hope you're doing great!

Let me help you with this, In order to get your tracker syncing I recommend you following these steps:

 

- Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
- Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
Restart your tracker (2 or 3 times in a row. 
- If your tracker didn't sync, try syncing with your computer. 

 

If the issue persists after trying these steps I suggest you checking this article, it might help you.
