New iphone 6 not syncing

Have had charge hr since xmas day all fine and syncing when connecting to blue tooth. Have had new phone since 10 days ago and not synced since. Loading bar only gets half way and even when left with blue tooth on it still doesnt fully sync. Really disappointed this isnt working. Have removed app and added back on. Turned bluetooth on and off. Reset phone, cleared all history of app useage and refreshed again- still not working
