Today I received a replacement Charge HR and went through the steps to replace my old Charge HR device. It was stuck on the loading screen for over an hour. I was told by live chat that if everything was sycned, I could just delete the old device and setup the new one as I did with the initial setup. However, when I did that, it still hung at the loading screen.
It did this until I disabled the 'preview new dashboard' feature from advanced settings. After doing that, everything went through as it should when I added the new Charge HR.
I'm not sure if it was a coincidence that it happened twice with the new dashboard enabled and then worked first try without it or not. I haven't tried testing further. I just wanted to make people aware that they could have trouble replacing or adding a new device from the iOS app with the new dashboard enabled.

Welcome to the forums ! It's great to see you here.
Thank you very much for reporting the problem you encountered upon setting up a replacement with the new dashboard on the Fitbit App. I'll make sure to pass this along so we can address this before releasing the permanent dashboard change.
Hope to see you around the boards! Let me know if you see anything else or if you have any questions.

I hate the new Dashboard - bring the old one back! Why did someone decide they had to change it? Certainly not better.
