How can I change back to the old dashboard, I dislike the new one tremendously?

Are you referring to the Fitbit.com dashboard or the dashboard in the Fitbit App for iOS?

From the NEW Dashboard

 

Tap on account at the right end of the tab bar.

 

Scroll down to Advanced Settings

 

Toggle Preview new Dashboard off
