@Jskill have you removed the old device from the Fitbit iOS App? You need to do that first as you can only have 1 of each type of tracker synced to an account. You should also go in to the bluetooth connections of your iPhone and delete the pairing connection for the old Fitbit Charge. That should let you sync/pair your new Charge to your iPhone.
