New flex and not syncing

Hi, I have just bought a Fitbit flex and been trying all day to sync this to my phone. I have completed all the tips found online and it will still not sync.

Welcome to the Forums @fran137. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing with your iOS device, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
