My Fitbit won't pair with my phone

I just got this Fitbit Charge HR today and it won't pair with my phone. I have an iPhone 5s. I followed all the instructions. My Fitbit is half of the way charged. My Bluetooth is on. And my phone is all updated. I have tried restarted my Fitbit and my phone. And I have tried turning my phone all the way off then back on. It just won't connect. I waited 5 minutes for it to pair but it wouldn't pair. (Also my Fitbit is right next to my phone, turned on, I have no case on my phone, and I have no other Bluetooth connections or trackers in the house)

A warm welcome to the Community @Aviii01. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having problems setting your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting your Charge HR one more and follow the setup procedure from a computer.
