Hi @Criley5,
You can sync your tracker to your new phone! What I would recommend is:
1. If you still have access to your old phone, open your iOS settings > open your iOS Bluetooth settings > and forget the Bluetooth bond between your iOS device and tracker if there is one.
2. Download the Fitbit App on your new mobile device and log in using the same email address and password as before.
3. If for some reason you still can't sync after steps one and two, try the troubleshoots mentioned here.
This should get you back on track, but let me know if you need any additional help!
