I have the Fitbit app on my iPad, but I have now got a new one. If I try to add the App to my new tablet, I have to buy the App. (£4.99) Can I not get it free, as a current user?

It's great to see new faces around @DrVock!
Hmm this sounds pretty weird, let me help you out. If you're on an iPad and you're having trouble finding the Fitbit app check out these steps:
1. Open the App Store.
2. In the top-right search field, type "Fitbit."
3. If you do not see the Fitbit app in your search results, please tap "iPad Only" in the top menu bar and then "iPhone Only" from the dropdown menu; the Fitbit app should appear.
4. Tap "Free" then "Install" to install the Fitbit app.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi, @DrVock! The app has never had a premium on it. Are you sure you are downloading the correct app?
