EDIT: It seems the problem wasn't the app, but a bluetooth problem. When I turned bluetooth off on all my other other devices it began to work.
Since latest update (v3.37) the app fails to connect with my Flex on iPhone (old version on iPad is still ok). Tried all the usual reinstall, reset, restart etc., without success. Exactly the same problem as last October, which mysteriously went right after a few days. Any suggestions anyone??
Mine is doing the same today. So i removed my inspire but now it wont set up because of bluetooth. I have turned off and on bluetooth. Went to my settings for the app, turned off and on bluetooth. Still wont set up.
Best Answer@Beverly01 -- First, turn the phone on and off, not just the bluetooth and reboot your device. A few more things to try ... as suggested by @Number42 make sure you have the bluetooth on nearby devices turned off when you try to add your inspire back to the app. Also check to make sure you've tried to add back the correct inspire model (inspire, inspire hr, or inspire 2). If you pick the wrong model, it won't 'find' your fitbit because it won't be looking for the right model.
