Since the newest Fitbit update I now cannot see all of my friends on the friend page.  It cuts off the #1 spot and I have to pull down the list in order to see it.  Anyway to get the friends page back to normal

It seems that you may be affected by a known bug that's causing this. Keep an eye on the following thread that has the latest updates from fitbit:
