Hi!  Hoping for some help before I abandon my Fitbit.  I have tried every (known) solution to get my Fitbit Versa to show call and text notifications.  My app software is up to date, the bluetooth is set up correctly, I am configured to receive notifications.  I have turned off and reset my Versa.  Still no notifications.  I used to receive notifications and they just stopped out of the blue.  Any ideas?  I really value this function and want to find a way to get it working again.  Thanks!

I’m sorry your not receiving your notifications at this time. I do understand this has to be very frustrating. Currently notifications are an issue being addressed by the Fitbit Team. Pay special attention to page one of that thread and follow all the steps very carefully. If you’re still experiencing issues after carefully performing the steps provided then please keep an eye on that thread. If any further updates or information become available it will be posted there. Hopefully the posted steps will have you up and running again.

An individual posted this and it seems to be working for many:

Go to settings on your phone

Go to notifications

Go to messages

Go to show preview

If you select always -on - you will get the message on your watch and on your phone

If you select when unlocked - you will get the message on your watch and the banner on your phone if your phone is locked.

I’m sorry the steps given in the link provided does not resolve your notifications issue. I would strongly suggest posting your concerns there and become involved in the conversation. Doing so will keep you updated with any new updates and progress surrounding the notifications situation.
