Both my wife and I have Charge 4's and enjoy comparing sleep scores each morning. Last night neither of us received a score, although all the data is there (awake time, REM, deep sleep, light sleep, etc.). Is this an issue with the app on the iPhone or the device? Tried all the "fixes" but no joy.

I’m having the same issue in addition to no longer receiving info regarding restoration graph info. It’s been over a week now!!! Currently sense and phone are both up to date. I’ve phoned tech support several times, they keep reporting they are working on it. I’ve had my sense three months with no prior issues.
I’ve done the same also phones support made a ticket they tried every possible help were very concerned said wait for update they are working on the issue. Now this morning, a second issue popped up with no sleep score!!!
Best AnswerThis is happening to me as well on my Inspire 2. No sleep score last night but I do have sleep stages. Also no restoration graph.
Also for the last few days, my Fitbit has automatically gone into DND mode so no sleep data is captured at all unless I keep going into settings to turn it off. I shouldn’t have to do that. But this thing with No Sleep Score at all is something new
Best AnswerHello everyone, thanks for your participation in the Community.
Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts and for the details shared. If you still don't see your sleep score, please note that you must see sleep stages in order to see a sleep score. For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score:
For more information about sleep score, please see this help article: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
@Rkestin I am glad to hear that the issue was resolved for you. Thank you for providing screenshots.
Hope this helps!
