hi there, i purchased a surge yesterday and paid my first visit to the gym with it this morning. I did three seperate sessions of workout, spin and weights recording all three seperately. When syncing with the app all it seems to show is the aggregated view accross the period - it doesnt not show the individual stats for each of the workouts. Loggin in online it does show that of course and is really great - but i'm surprised it doesnt have the same detail in the IOS app? Have i missed a setting somewhere - or is the website mobile optimised so you can get it that way anyway. Many thanks.

@KaraAnn @ImDatGuy18 I've merged your posts into this thread where some Community members are experiencing the same thing. For clarification, were you able to resolve the problem of your activity history not appearing in the iOS App?
If not, does rebooting your iOS device, logging out of the Fitbit App, and then logging back in help?
@Remorris82 Very weird. Since rebooting, logging out/in, and force quitting wasn't effective for you, I'd recommend syncing your tracker and then uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit App. Keep me posted if this helps!
@brightonwoody Glad to hear you are back on track! There isn't a button to clear out your messaged from your Surge, but if they are really bothersome, you can turn off your Surge and then turn it back on and your messages will be cleared.
If you look in your settings there should be a button to shut your surge down and then simply hold the button on the left to turn it back on.

@Cncallahan It sounds like you might be experiencing some trouble syncing. I'd recommend
-Rebooting your iOS device.
-Turning off your iOS device's Bluetooth for 10 seconds and then turning it back on.
-Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
I'd also recommend making sure that you are using the most current version of Fitbit Connect on your computer too. Click here to update.
@Cheza I've merge your post into this thread where users are experiencing the same. Have you tried logging out of the App and then logging back in? This seems to resolve the issue for a lot of people experiencing the same thing. Keep me posted!

I have an iPhone 4 and I liked to review my workouts on it and kept a paper log with start time, distance, duration, calories, average, maximum and cool down HR. One day a week or two ago it disappeared from my IOS dashboard. It never occured to me to try the Edit button on the dashboard.
Thanks for the advice. My IOS is now back to normal, even better since I was able to delete the tiles I never use.
