No app available for Kazakhstan

Ios app is not available for kazakhstan, and even Russia, location change is not working because somehow my card is not accepted

Hi there @Kmarzhik, I hope you're doing well, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community. 

Currently the Fitbit app is not available for Kazakhstan, if you're trying to access another location's App Store you can select None as a payment method when changing regions.

Hi there 🙂 but if I buy one for my grand ma who lives in Kaz , will she be able to track the steps and her heart though ? or nothing will work as we wont be able to install the app ???

Please note that in order to get started and use all the functions on any Fitbit device, it should be set up using the Fitbit app. You can double check if the Fitbit app is now available in your region from one of the following locations:

• Apple devices—Apple App Store
• Android devices—Google Play Store
