It hasn't been resetting, no matter what I've done.

A warm welcome to our new friend @Ziadlc! Thanks for stopping by! Mmm this is weird, I'd like to know if you have an internet connection on your mobile because when you open the Fitbit app your phone's data needs to automatically sync with the Fitbit app. If you have, I'd suggest you log out of the app and restart your phone and then log in again.
Let me know how it goes!

works fine, so I'm assuming there is nothing wrong with my internet
connection. I've tried logging out, restarting and then logging in again,
and it didn't work. I checked the time and date settings on my phone and
reset that as well, and nothing changed. I exited any challenges I was in
and restarted again. It still didn't reset.
Just after waking up, it logged me as having walked 30 miles (which I am
sure I can't do in my sleep!) and having burned 4,000 calories.
If I look at the logs, it gives me numbers for each day, but the numbers
are simply incredibly off.

Hey there @Ziadlc thanks for the update! I'd suggest you restart your tracker one more time and then try to force sync it with your iOS device by doing the following:
1. Open the Fitbit app from your iOS device. Sign into your account if you haven't done so already.
2. Tap your tracker name at the top of the app dashboard.
3. Make sure your tracker has battery life and bring it near to your iOS device.
4. Scroll down and tap the "Sync Now" tile and wait for the sync to complete.
Hope this helps, keep me posted!
