Hello , I have several issue with my charge 4 , since the new app ( Google sync) has arrived .
- first one : there is no gps information on the app anymore . I mean, when I Run there is no record of gps data. This is also true for the past activities ( although i was able to see it before the update of the app)
- there is sometimes a Little green pictogramme beside the activitie, when there is this pictogramme , once i open the activitie , it always freeze the page … I need to restart the app.
i’m thinking about changing my charge 4 for another one but i’m hesitating due to these issue … I will probably go with Garmin if there is no solution .

Regarding the gps data and the past activities, if you are using an IOS nowadays we are working to fix a known issue. However, you can see the data on the dashboard. Please visit your profile here.
