I have updated my iOS app to the latest version, done a hard reset on my iPhone 7 and deleted and reinstalled the app. I still cannot get the app to connect to the internet using cellular data. Any other suggestions?

Hi @MDSmoak -- I've combined your two posts into a single thread.
Go to settings on the iPhone, then "cellular" then look for the fitbit app on the list and make sure the slider is on.
Hope that fixes it. Let us know.

Thank you so much! I don’t know how it got switched off, and was getting so frustrated. Everything’s back to normal! Thanks again.
