I am no longer getting notifications on my charge 2, I have removed the app on my iPhone 6 twice, unlinked the Fitbit from Bluetooth and still nothing. It's been two weeks! This is one reason I bought the 2 not sure what to do nos, have had it to long to return. Very unhappy

Hello @tollefsona45, thanks for joining us, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community!
Have you updated the app and restarted the tracker recently? If so, please make sure the Charge 2 is not currently in the "Do Not Disturb" mode by pressing down the button for 2 seconds while in the clock face. If it is, you will be able to see Notifications being enabled on the display of the tracker.
If you're still not able to receive notifications, let's try to restart them in the app. Please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices; if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then go to the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Your Tracker > Notifications and enable them once again.
I hope this can be helpful, in case you need anything else, please feel free to reply!

Mine is doing the same thing. I have a 6plus and all of a sudden I no longer get text or email or phone call messages.

Mine is acting up too. I deleted it and tried to re add it on my Bluetooth. That was a no go. Then the app won't connect. I am so upset. And pissed

Hello @SunsetRunner, and @Mommyoftwo, have a warm welcome to the Community!
@SunsetRunner, have you tried performing the troubleshooting steps listed on my previous post? If so, would you be so kind to let me know which ones did you try?
@Mommyoftwo, Fitbit trackers do not connect directly to the Bluetooth on your phone but through the Fitbit app. If your tracker is not connecting nor syncing, please try to replace it by setting it up as a new device:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
Please, give it a try and let me know in case you need anything else!
