@mdimmock & @RWBSR welcome to the forums! It's great having you guys around. Please make sure that your Fitbit app has been updated to its latest version as not having the app updated could be causing the syncing issues. To verify that your app has been updated to its latest version, follow these steps:
- On your iOS device, tap App Store.
- Tap the Updates tab.
- If a Fitbit update is available, you'll see Fitbit in the list of pending updates.
- Tap Update.
After you've verified/updated your app, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
- If your tracker didn't sync, force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
- Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
- Restart your tracker again.
- Also, you might want to try setting it up from a different device such as a computer.
A very important aspect is making sure that your trackers are paired. If you don't have any tracker tile anywhere I recommend doing the following:
- On the Fitbit app for iOS dashboard, tap the Account tab.
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
Try a restart as well and let me know how it goes! I'll be looking forward to your new comments!
