I stopped receiving weekly stats on November 8. Has anyone else had this occur? For two months prior, the stats I received were missing more and more days in the cycle. By the end it was only recording my daily stats once or twice a week. Now there are no stats recorded. I know we are supposed to migrate over to Google by Feb 2, which I won’t be doing. Buy in the meantime, I expected Fitbit to continue my steps and exercise minutes until then.

I got mine a recently as last Monday, 12/29/2025. I look forward to the weekly e-mails as my app does not show previous days. FYI... I have migrated to Google, but I don't remember when I did because it was that long ago.

I loved my Fitbit for 6 years. It motivated me to exercise me. When the new models came out I traded up. Then they sold out to Google and Google required us getting a new account from them if we wanted to continue using the app. I don’t want Google to have my health information, what if they get into the medical and pharmaceutical business like Amazon did? I got an Apple Watch for Christmas. I’m really sorry to leave Fitbit. The app encouraged me to walk during the pandemic. I used their video exercise routines. But they smelled the money and sold out to Google. I don’t blame them, I guess - money is money. But I’m gone. I hope my experience with my new Apple Watch is as rewarding as the relationship I had with the original Fitbit.

I can't remember when I stopped getting the weekly updates. You have reminded me of them. It's probably a couple of years since I've had one.
Had to upgrade to a google account which was annoying. Perhaps it stopped then.
